The 2011 model from Nissan was indeed a surprise as just after the redesign that Nissan gave to its Z Coupe in 2009 there was not much more expected at such a short interval from the company. The model however was presented with little or no updates.

The updates on the model are a RearView Monitor to the optional Navigation Package and one new exterior color, Gun Metallic. The car comes in two versions the 370Z priced at $30,610 and the 370Z Touring priced at $35,280.

The engine is a 3.7 liter V6 delivering 332 hp or power at 7,000 rpm and 270 lb-ft of torque at 5,200 rpm. For transmission there is an option of either going for a 6 speed manual or a 7 speed auto transmission mechanism.

The design has a lot of similarity with the 240Z specially as regards its aerodynamic profile and also its “dynamic motion” feels with a dramatic cantilevered roof, and a “low visual gravity.” The interior has been fitted with a Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System with 7-inch VGA touch-sensitive display, 9.3GB HDD Music Box, USB connectivity and iPod connection, XM NavTraffic with Real-Time Traffic Information, RearView Monitor, automatic phonebook download which would work with select phones only and Bluetooth Streaming Audio, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, and standard Nissan Intelligent Key.
